  1. Can I return my order?

  2. When will I get my refund?

  Your refund will be initiated within 2 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

  3. Will I be charged for return?

  4. How will I be refunded?

  After verifying the returned item, you will be given one of the following options:

  • Full refund to the original payment method.
  • A coupon code of equivalent value.

  5. What types of returns are accepted?

  • You received the wrong product (Video recording of the packaging before opening is mandatory).
