  1. Can I return my order?

  2. When will I get my refund?

  Your refund will be initiated within 2 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.

  3. What return requests may be rejected?

  • The item is shipped before return confirmation.
  • Labels are manipulated or missing.
  • The returned item is different from what was sent.

  • Provided images don’t meet return guidelines.
  • Any part of the product is missing.
